Shipping Policy

We proudly offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Each rocket stove is hand-built and packaged with care at our facility in Quitman, Texas.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or text so you can follow your delivery. Larger items may ship via UPS or freight carrier depending on weight and destination.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and accessible for delivery. If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Shipping Restrictions:
We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any U.S. territories. Shipping is limited to the 48 contiguous United States only.

At this time, we also do not ship internationally.
